About Industry Ready: Backstage & Event Experience
While most courses rely on mannequin heads, we get our students on the floor at major industry events like the Hair and Beauty Show and Pro Beauty India. You are not watching from the sidelines; you are behind the scenes, managing quick hair changes, fixing makeup under stage lights, and handling the time pressures that define a professional makeup artist’s career.
Backstage isn't for everyone. It is chaotic, fast-paced, and demanding, which is why we believe it is the single most important place to learn. When you are prepping a model for a ramp walk, there is no room for error. You have minutes to execute a look that needs to hold up under hot stage lights, intense movement, and close-up scrutiny.
Our training focuses on the 'mehnat' required to make that look seamless. During events like the Style Symphony Show or HBS, our students aren't just holding brushes; they are designing the looks.
