Many people come to my clinics in Malad and Gurugram thinking a facial is a one-time fix for dull skin. While a medi-facial gives you an immediate boost, it works best when viewed as part of a cycle, not a standalone miracle.

How My Approach Differs

Unlike standard salon facials that focus on superficial scrubbing, my medi-facials are data-driven. We start with a skin analysis to determine your current barrier health.

• HydraFacial: This is my go-to for deep cleaning. I use vacuum suction to physically extract blackheads and whiteheads, followed by an infusion phase where we feed the skin hyaluronic acid, peptides, and antioxidants. It is perfect if your skin feels clogged or dehydrated.
• Carbon Laser Peel: Often called the 'Hollywood Facial,' this uses Q-Switch laser technology. It is highly effective if you are dealing with pigmentation, large pores, or excess oil. It leaves your skin looking bright and tight, which is why clients often book this before major events.
• Oxygen Facial: This targets the skin's oxygen levels, revitalizing a tired complexion and giving you that 'glass skin' effect.

Your Role in the Results

The technology does the heavy lifting, but your home care makes it stick. After a session, your skin is more receptive, which means you have to protect it. Avoid harsh scrubs and be religious with your SPF. If you pull at your skin or skip your moisturizer, you undo the work we did in the chair.

Consistency is the secret. Most clients see the best results when we plan a series of sessions for recovery, followed by monthly maintenance. Whether you are dealing with recent breakouts or just need a fresh start, we will figure out the right schedule during your first consultation.
