About this collection
Because we handle everything in-house, from laser cutting to final assembly, we don't just rely on catalogs. When you work with us, you can see the actual machinery, material quality, and the team that will put your order together. This lets us make adjustments on the fly, so you know exactly what the final finish will look like before we start printing your full run.
Manufacturing invitations isn't just about pressing 'print'. It is a process of curation and care. Our team, which is largely women-led, approaches each card like it is going to a family member's wedding.
The Process We Follow:
- Material Selection: We start by sourcing paper, velvet, and boards that hold textures, ensuring your cards look as good in person as they do in photos.
- Precision Laser Cutting: For our intricate designs, we calibrate our machines to handle delicate paper patterns and MDF boards without scorching the edges or missing the fine details.
- Foil & Finish: Whether it is gold foil stamping or Scodix (raised gloss), this is done with precision alignment. A bad alignment on a foil stamp can ruin a whole batch, which is why we do quality checks at every step.
- Hand-Assembly: The final look of a padded or box invitation depends on how it is assembled. We use skilled hands to ensure the inserts are straight, the magnets in the boxes click shut properly, and the nameplates are centered.
By managing this entire production cycle, we cut out the middleman. This keeps our pricing honest, whether you are picking a simple economy card or a grand Royal Gifting box. If you have a specific idea or want to mix elements from different designs, our production capability gives us the flexibility to experiment without the limitations of a third-party printer.
