About Montessori Preschool & Daycare
Ken Montessori isn’t just a school - it’s a home where kids get to lead. Here, I believe every child’s voice matters. When they say, "Show me how," I step back and watch them surprise us all. It’s not about drilling lessons, it’s about helping them get ready for life outside these walls.
What Makes Us ‘Pure Montessori’
- Recognized by the Government of Karnataka.
- Calm, focused classroom - you’ll hear kids working, not noise from forced silence.
- No rigid age groups. In our mixed age Montessori classroom, older kids teach the younger ones, and everyone grows at their own pace.
- I’m IMTC-trained, guiding kids instead of correcting every tiny mistake. They get to figure things out and build real confidence.
Learning That Sticks
- We call play “work” because it’s serious business for little ones. Pouring water, peeling veggies, tying shoelaces - these Montessori practical life activities build independence.
- Sensory learning is huge here. Kids explore shapes blindfolded, taste sweet and sour with ‘Taste Bottles’, and use Montessori sensory materials daily.
More Than Just Lessons
- We celebrate festivals together - painting diyas, sharing Ellu Bella for Sankranti, crafting for Ganesh Chaturthi.
- Community events like Grandparents’ Day are a big hit.
- Learning spills outdoors with volcano experiments and park trips.
Partnering With Parents
You’re part of the journey. Our parent observation sessions Montessori style let you quietly watch your child work, no interruptions. It’s a real window into their world.

My Story
Hey, we’re Ken Montessori. Started off in 2013 as a small house full of kids and now, wow, ten years in – feels wild. We’re not just a school, it’s like a big family. You’ll see little ones counting ‘Ondu, eradu...’ (One, two...) or sewing a button with deep focus. Festivals, cows, parents, grandparents – all part of our vibe. We trust the kids and the pure Montessori environment to surprise us every day.
My Work
Montessori Programs & Daycare - We offer a pure Montessori environment and daycare, all based on self-directed learning and hands-on play.
Practical Life Skills - Kids learn practical life skills for toddlers like pouring, buttoning, and cooking without fire – real stuff, every day.
Experiential Learning - Learning goes outdoors too. Field trips, nature walks, even a cow and calf dropping by. Kids get the real world.
Holistic Curriculum - From math to sensorial activities, we focus on readiness, not just age. Every child learns at their own pace.
Family Involvement - Family involvement in early education is big for us. Parents and grandparents join in for events, cooking, and observations.
