About Royal & Traditional Motifs
My Royal Traditional designs are high-density, gap-less work. They require 5 to 6 hours of application time because I focus on mirror-image symmetry and intricate fine lines. If you choose this style, please set aside an afternoon for us to work on the details properly.
The Art of Traditional Henna
This cluster focuses on the 'Barik' (fine) work style. I combine traditional Indian elements—peacocks, elephants, and palace domes—with symmetric patterns to cover your hands from fingertips to elbows.
Why This Style Takes Time
Unlike minimalist or modern geometric styles, traditional bridal mehendi is intentionally dense. I build layers of jaali (netting) and architectural motifs. This level of detail requires patience during application. I use 100% organic, triple-sifted Sojat henna mixed with high-grade eucalyptus and lavender oils. This blend provides the deep maroon stain required for such complex patterns.
Customization & Coverage
- Hands: Full, gap-less application from fingertips to elbows.
- Feet: Intricate work extending up to the mid-calves.
- Symbolism: I integrate auspicious symbols like kalash, shehnai, and varmala, along with geometric borders to anchor the design.
I travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for these bridal bookings. Because this is a high-density, time-intensive process, I recommend scheduling a trial or discussing your layout during our initial consultation to ensure the design fits your arm length and desired coverage.
