Community Dog Feeding and Animal Welfare in Delhi NCR
See the real impact of our daily feeding drives across the city. From flood-prone zones to the streets of New Friends Colony, we are out there every night for the community animals who have nowhere else to go.
This is the moment our kids wait for every night. As our animal ambulance pulls up, they gather around, tails wagging, knowing a warm, fresh meal is coming. This scene, with dogs eagerly jumping to greet our feeder, captures the heart of our daily community feeding drive.
This is why we never give up. The first clip shows Brownie when we found her in the flood plains, just a bag of bones. The second shows her now: healthy, happy, sterilized, and thriving in her territory. Your support makes transformations like this possible.
This is what it takes to feed hundreds of animals every single day. Our community kitchen prepares massive quantities of fresh food, packed into buckets and ready for our feeding routes. This isn't just charity; it's a large-scale daily operation to fight hunger on the streets.
Our work isn't limited to just dogs. During the floods, we found entire communities of animals, including these desi cows, displaced and hungry. We make sure everyone gets a meal, navigating difficult terrain to reach every animal in need.
Rain or shine, the work doesn't stop. This footage from our dashcam shows our team out during a heavy downpour, feeding the flood plain dogs. No matter the weather, we are committed to being there for them, because they have no one else.
The pure joy and excitement when they see our car. This pack follows us to a safe feeding spot away from the main road traffic. This isn't just about food; it's about the bond of trust we've built with our community animals.
We were honored to be featured by The Better India for our work. This coverage helps us spread awareness about the reality of animal welfare on the ground and the importance of community-driven efforts in feeding and caring for stray animals.
In the chaos of the DND toll plaza during the floods, we found this mother with her tiny puppies. Our team navigated the rocky, unsafe terrain to ensure this vulnerable family was fed and safe. This is the reality of our rescue and feeding efforts.
About Featured
We don't just drop packets of kibble on the ground. We cook fresh 'ghar ka khaana'—rice and chicken mash—daily, because for the sick, elderly, or nursing dogs, it is often the only meal they can digest. Our vans hit the roads late every evening across NFC, Ashram, and Mayur Vihar to bypass high-speed traffic, ensuring these animals get their dinner safely.
Feeding isn't just about charity; it is an operational commitment to the animals who belong to these streets. We manage a massive, daily logistical chain that serves over 700 dogs, cats, and cows across Delhi NCR. When we say 'Awaara nahi, hamara hai' (They aren't strays, they are ours), we mean it.
Every night, our kitchen prepares massive quantities of rice and chicken. This isn't just to fill stomachs; it’s about health. By keeping the food fresh and moist, we ensure proper hydration and immunity for animals who don't have access to clean water. During crises—like the Delhi floods—we take our vans into waterlogged areas where no one else goes, ensuring no pack is left behind.
But feeding is just our entry point. Once we have the trust of a pack, we can perform on-spot health checks. We look for maggots, injuries, or limping. We track who needs sterilization and who is due for a vaccination. We also act as the buffer between these animals and hostile RWAs or guards, advocating for their right to exist in their own territory.
This work requires fuel, staff, and constant navigation of a city that isn't always friendly to animals. Whether it's the DND Flyway or the inner lanes of Okhla, we show up. Because we know that if we don't, nobody else will.

We are the team on the ground, 365 days a year. Whether it's a sunny day or a flooded night, we are driving our vans to reach the packs that wait for us. We aren't a corporate NGO; we are just people who refuse to let these animals go hungry.
