• Use the RERA property verification site, not flashy brochures.
• Check encumbrance certificate (minimum 30 yrs), maintenance charges, and FSI.

When Builders Delay

If your home’s delayed, you don’t have to just wait and hope. You can:

• Document every conversation (keep those emails safe).
• Send a legal notice for refund or damages.
• Take it up with consumer protection cell if needed.
