I do not believe in hit-and-trial. My technical heads, like Mahesh Gore, spend weeks training our teams on everything from skull analysis to precise sectioning, so you always walk out with a look that actually suits your face.
The 'Gurukul' Training System
We do not just hire stylists. We build them. My salons act as a training ground, or a 'gurukul' as I like to call it. Every member of our team goes through continuous hands-on sessions. We focus on the 'science' of hair—understanding texture, growth patterns, and face shapes—instead of just following trends blindly. This is why our team can handle complex cuts and color with confidence, whether it is a simple trim or a complete transformation.

With 900+ salons across India, consistency is our biggest challenge and our biggest strength. When you see our team in their uniforms, you are looking at professionals who have been taught to follow a system. We use the same techniques and protocols in our new Chandigarh branch as we do in our oldest locations in Kolkata. This means you do not have to worry about who is holding the scissors.
