What I Actually Do

• I help from the very start - whether you need to file an FIR as a victim, or you find yourself suddenly needing anticipatory bail in Bangalore because you fear arrest.
• If you or your family member is already in custody, I step in with regular bail applications. Every hour counts here, so I keep things moving.
• In trial, I get into the details - preparing evidence, cross-examining, and arguing for you in District Court. It’s not always smooth, but I don’t back down when things get tough.

• Section 138 cheque bounce defense - these financial cases come with lots of paperwork and tension, but I know the drill.
