Modern Modular Kitchens & Living Spaces

See exactly how your kitchen and living area will look before we start building. We use detailed 3D renderings to plan layouts that save space and keep your home feeling open.

A duplicate of our sophisticated living room render. This image shows the harmonious blend of a large sectional sofa, textured accent wall, and recessed ceiling lights.

A 3D render of a bright, L-shaped modular kitchen. The design features white handleless cabinets, a patterned tile backsplash, and a pass-through window that connects to the dining area.

This animation shows a solution for a home with a small kitchen and dining area. The design includes a compact dining set, a foyer with seating and storage, and a galley kitchen that is both functional and visually connected to the living space.

A clever kitchen design for open-plan living. This animation shows how glass sliding doors can close off the kitchen to contain cooking smells, while built-in shelving around the frame provides elegant storage for wine and glassware.

This 3D animation showcases a modern shoe cabinet design for an entryway. The cabinet features shelves of varying heights for different types of footwear and a dedicated charging station for a robot vacuum.

About this collection

When we design open kitchens, we often use glass sliding partitions to keep cooking fumes out of your living area without making the space feel boxed in. It is a simple, effective fix that lets you have that modern, airy look without worrying about your furniture and curtains absorbing cooking smells.

Visualize Before You Build

We know that home renovation can be stressful, especially with the 'guesswork' involved in traditional planning. Our core process relies on 3D visualizations and animated walkthroughs. This means you review the exact layout, materials, and lighting before a single piece of wood is cut. If you want to change the backsplash tile or move the cabinet height, we do it in the render, not on your site.

Kitchens Built for Bangalore Homes

Our modular kitchen designs focus on durability and daily utility. We use Boiling Water Proof (BWP) plywood for all base cabinets to handle Bengaluru's humidity and the wear and tear of a busy kitchen.

  • Countertops: We typically recommend Quartz for a non-porous, stone-like finish that handles heavy daily cooking better than natural granite.
  • Hardware: All our drawers and shutters come with soft-close tandem boxes from brands like Hettich or Ebco, ensuring they don't slam or sag over time.
  • Storage: We maximize vertical space with wall units reaching the ceiling, incorporating pull-out units and bottle racks so your countertop stays clutter-free.

Living Spaces that Breathe

For the living area, we focus on smart, multi-functional design. Whether it is a TV unit that doubles as a display cabinet or hidden foyer storage for shoes and bags, our goal is to keep the room looking clean. We use fluted panels and LED profile lighting to create focal points without making the space feel crowded. If you have a specific floor plan, from compact apartments in Whitefield to villas on the outskirts, we adapt our designs to fit your square footage.
