About Hybrid & Round-the-Clock (RTC) Energy Solutions

Most standard solar installations stop generating power after sunset, leaving your facility dependent on the grid or expensive fossil fuel backups. Our hybrid RTC systems utilize co-located wind and solar assets alongside utility-scale battery storage to ensure a stable, continuous baseload. This approach allows us to deliver firm, clean power even when the sun is not shining, effectively replacing your reliance on traditional thermal energy sources with a predictable, flat power curve.

For heavy industrial users, energy reliability is non-negotiable. While rooftop solar provides significant cost savings, it cannot meet continuous baseload requirements. Our hybrid and Round-the-Clock (RTC) solutions address this by merging disparate renewable sources.

The Engineering Behind 24/7 Power

We combine co-located solar PV with wind turbines and lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Our Energy Management System (EMS) acts as the brain of the operation, balancing the load between these sources in real-time. This setup handles peak shaving, where we discharge stored energy during expensive high-tariff grid hours, ensuring your operational costs remain optimized.

Project Shiva: A Case Study

Our 180 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, exemplifies this approach. By integrating 72 MW of solar capacity with wind generation, we have successfully reduced intermittency and enhanced asset utilization. This facility provides a blueprint for how we navigate complex logistics and challenging weather to deliver large-scale, firm power.

Financial and Strategic Impact

We offer this premium energy supply at ₹6.5–₹8.5 per kWh. By adopting hybrid RTC power, industries can replace up to 80% of their traditional grid consumption with clean energy, helping to meet rigorous RE100 and RPO targets. We manage the entire lifecycle, from design and construction to long-term O&M, ensuring your facility remains powered without the volatility of unpredictable energy bills.
