About this collection
We operate a strict tag-match wristband system, so only you can collect your child after your shopping session. Our trained Play Pals maintain an active staff-to-child ratio between 1:5 and 1:8, ensuring your little ones are constantly engaged in activities like interactive sand play, trampoline jumping, or rock climbing, rather than sitting idle.
How Our Drop & Shop Works
We offer two main options to fit your mall visit. Our 60-Minute Supervised session is perfect for quick errands, while our Unlimited Day Pass is ideal if you are catching a movie or dining at the mall. In both cases, you check your child in, and we assume full supervision so you can physically leave the premises.
Safety First, Always
Your child's safety is our primary metric. The facility is climate-controlled, kept at 22-24°C, and fully padded with high-density foam to prevent injuries during active play. We utilize magnetic locking gates and high-visibility fencing to ensure no unauthorized entry or exit.
What They Do While You're Away
We don't just watch kids, we play with them. Our Play Pals lead structured activities like freeze dance, tag, and supervised water play or sensory sand play. For longer stays, we rotate kids through different zones to manage fatigue, including low-intensity areas with building blocks and LEGO stations, ensuring they stay happy until you return.
