I love adding a modern twist to traditional flavours. This is my chocolate-dipped paan, a fusion dessert that is always a hit with guests. It’s a creative and delicious way to end a meal, combining the classic taste of paan with rich white chocolate.
My dessert stations are filled with treats like these creamy sweets served in traditional earthen pots, or matkas. This photo shows our large-scale preparation for an event, where each dessert is carefully prepared and garnished with a rose petal for a beautiful presentation.
