We transform barren land into self-sustaining forests. See how we turn corporate CSR into a lasting green legacy that gives back to the earth.

(Hero Item) This is what we do. In 2017, this was barren land at Harit Upvan Sorkha. Seven years later, it is a dense, self-sustaining forest. We don't just plant trees and leave; we commit for the long haul to create real, lasting environmental assets for your corporate legacy.

A great day getting our hands dirty with the team from EXL in Greater Noida. Our corporate plantation drives are designed to be more than just a CSR activity; they are a powerful employee engagement initiative that builds teamwork and a shared sense of purpose.

Our work is not just about planting trees, it's about empowering communities. We hire and train local women at our sites, like here in Pune. They know the land best, and providing them with stable employment means your investment supports both ecological restoration and social upliftment.

I always say, don't look at a plant's height, look at its roots. A strong root system is the foundation for a tree that will survive and thrive for decades. This is a core part of our methodology that we teach everyone, ensuring our high survival rates.

It's not all hard work! Here's the KPMG team showing off their creations after a leaf painting session. We mix our plantation drives with creative nature activities to make the day memorable, fun, and a true break from the office routine.

This is our Harit Upvan site in Greater Noida, a project we are developing with HCL. What was once a neglected area with cemented paths is now being transformed into a dense urban forest, bringing back biodiversity and creating a green lung for the community.

This is the heart of our operation in Uldeypur, Meerut. The local women are the true guardians of the forest. They run our nurseries, manage the vermicompost unit, and drive the tractors. When you partner with us, you support these local heroes.

Our workshops go beyond planting. Here, the team at Fiserv Gurgaon learns to upcycle plastic bottles into bird feeders. These sessions are designed to change mindsets around waste and show how small, creative actions can support local biodiversity.

About Featured

Most people focus on the height of a sapling, but we look at the roots. A tree is only as good as its foundation, and if that root system is weak, it will struggle to survive. That is why we commit to three years of maintenance for every plantation. We do not just dig a hole and leave, because nature needs time to take over. We prepare the soil, select native species, and ensure the ecosystem is ready to grow on its own.

Why Trusting Nature Works

When you look at our sites like Harit Upvan in Greater Noida, you see a dense forest. But back in 2017, it was just barren ground. We did not force these trees to grow. We prepped the soil, put up a fence, and then stepped back. That is the secret. Nature has its own intelligence. If you stop interfering, the biodiversity returns on its own.

Corporate Impact That Lasts

We know companies want more than a one-day event. That is why our corporate plantation drives are designed for long-term impact. Whether it is an urban forest project or a team-building workshop, we focus on:

  • Native Species: We only plant trees like Peepal, Banyan, and Neem that belong to our local ecology.
  • 3-Year Survival Guarantee: We take care of watering, de-weeding, and mulching for three years so your investment actually survives the first few summers.
  • Community Empowerment: We hire and train local women in places like Pune and Meerut to manage the nurseries. Your CSR support helps them earn a livelihood while they guard these forests.

Stop looking for quick photo ops. Let’s build something that survives and thrives.

I am Peepal Baba. I believe nature knows how to heal itself if we just stop bossing it around. My team and I work to create self-sustaining forests where trees, soil, and communities grow together.
