Training is a language between you and your dog. I use positive reinforcement to build trust, ensuring your pet learns because they want to, not because they are forced.

Keeping training fun is key. Here, a German Shepherd leaps to catch a treat, turning a simple reward into an engaging game that reinforces commands and builds enthusiasm.

This is practical training in action. Elsa the Dutch Shepherd learns the 'car' command, an essential skill for safe and easy travel. We work on real-life scenarios to make training useful every day.

Axl the Doberman is poised and ready, showing how we teach impulse control. He's learning to wait for the command before acting, a crucial skill for any well-behaved dog.

Here, Axl stands patiently, demonstrating the 'stay' command even with his handler nearby. This builds discipline and trust, strengthening the bond between dog and owner.

Working with multiple dogs requires a different approach. These two German Shepherd siblings are learning to walk calmly together, focusing on their handlers instead of each other.

About Obedience & Command Training

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all drills. Whether it is teaching a high-energy pup to 'wait' at the door or helping a rescue learn 'aaja' for reliable recall, every routine at my farm is customized. We don't just train your dog; we teach you how to maintain that same calm, confident leadership once you are back home.

Training is communication. When a dog does not listen, it is usually because they do not understand what you want, not because they are being difficult. My approach is rooted in the philosophy of 'no unhappy dogs'. Whether I am working with a shy rescue learning basic manners or a working breed practicing advanced impulse control, the goal is always to build a bridge of trust.

At my farm in Sarjapura, I use the natural environment to help dogs learn. A sterile classroom can be stressful, but here, they practice commands like 'sit', 'stay', and 'recall' surrounded by nature. This helps desensitize them to distractions while keeping them focused on the task at hand. We avoid harsh discipline entirely. Everything is play-based and positive. If a dog finds the learning process fun, they naturally want to listen. I follow the principle of 'Alag kutta, alag routine' (Each dog, their own routine)—what works for a Retriever might not work for a Malinois, so I adapt my methods to match your dog's breed and energy level.

The most important part of my program is the handover. Training only works if you can replicate it in your own home. That is why I include a mandatory 1-2 hour session where I walk you through the commands and show you how to maintain the routine long-term. It is about empowering you to be the leader your dog needs. Whether you need help with potty training, leash manners, or breaking stubborn habits, my focus is always on creating a lasting, happy relationship between you and your pet.

I started Eva’s Inn because I believe every dog—Indies, Huskies, or Great Danes—deserves to be happy. Here, I am not just a trainer; I am a fellow dog parent, and I treat every guest with the same patience and love I would give my own.
