Behind the Build: Our Solar Infrastructure Process

Over the past four years, our journey has evolved from identifying a simple problem—lack of charging access outdoors—to building a multi-functional ecosystem. We moved beyond simple seating to integrate 4G/5G connectivity, CCTV security, and environmental sensors into every shelter.

Our engineering team focuses on three core pillars:

1. Climate Resilience: We use tubular and LiFePO4 battery banks with hybrid inverters to ensure 24/7 operation. Whether the location is a humid campus or a mountain pass at 11,500 feet, the solar generation capacity is calibrated to local weather patterns.

2. Utility Integration: Each hut serves a dual purpose. For the public, it provides shade, seating, Wi-Fi, and device charging. For the operators, we integrate outdoor-rated digital screens that act as a source of revenue via advertising, turning a cost center into a sustainable asset.

3. Rapid Deployment: Our modular designs allow for quick installation in diverse settings, from temple towns like Ayodhya to bustling metro parks. We handle the end-to-end process, from civil foundation work to final tech commissioning, ensuring that maintenance remains minimal for the client over the 25-year projected lifespan of the structure.
