Theme & Decor
- Custom Backdrop: 6x6 ft structure tailored to themes like Social Media, Bollywood, or Floral. Options include printed flex on a wooden frame or a sequin shimmer wall.
- Balloon Artistry: Organic balloon garland (approx 200 to 300 balloons) bordering the backdrop in theme-coordinated colors (Pastels, Chrome, or Polka dots).
- Photo Props: 10 to 15 customized handheld placards for guests (e.g., Drama Queen, Winner, Likes/Hearts icons).
- Entrance Decor: Welcome easel stand with a personalized A2 size poster.
Entertainment
- Professional Host: 60 to 90 minutes of engagement by a professional emcee to conduct games, housie, or trivia (Included in High Range).
- Game Accessories: Provision of game buzzers, tickets, or printed game sheets required for activities.
- Audio: 1 Portable PA Speaker with a wireless microphone for background music and the host.

- Seating: Up to 50 Banquet Chairs with premium covers and sash ties (Gold, Silver, or Red).
- Tables: 5 to 6 Round Tables with floor-length linens and artificial floral centerpieces or candelabras.
- Flooring: Red or Green carpet rollout for the main party area.
- Lighting: String lights for terrace railings and 6 to 8 LED Par Cans to wash the area in color.

I’ve been running Eleven11Vibes for 8+ years in Mumbai, and honestly, we try to make every event hassle-free for you. Logistically, emotionally, practically - our aim is to take care of sab kuch (everything), so you can enjoy and not worry about the details.
What We Do
- We sort out all the basics: decor, DJ, host, catering, chairs/tables - so you don’t need to chase multiple vendors.
- We take on both social gatherings and conference event planning, from kitty parties to government events.
- Our team handles big setups like LED screen event setup for launches, and smaller house parties too.
