Your Event, Our Vibe

I’ve been running Eleven11Vibes for 8+ years in Mumbai, and honestly, we try to make every event hassle-free for you. Logistically, emotionally, practically - our aim is to take care of sab kuch (everything), so you can enjoy and not worry about the details.

What We Do

• We sort out all the basics: decor, DJ, host, catering, chairs/tables - so you don’t need to chase multiple vendors.
• We take on both social gatherings and conference event planning, from kitty parties to government events.
• Our team handles big setups like LED screen event setup for launches, and smaller house parties too.

Corporate Events

• Managed formal conferences, product launches, team building activities, and themed corporate parties.
• Organised events everywhere from poolside lawns to indoor halls, for colleges, offices, and government.

Social Celebrations

• Anniversaries, housewarmings, festive parties (Diwali, Christmas), kitty parties - we do creative themes, not just basic decoration.
• Past events include Bollywood parties and even a Social Media themed gathering with custom props.

Our Style

• We love innovating with social gathering decoration, from elaborate backdrops to fun photo booths.
• We work with what you’ve got - terrace, lawn, poolside - and transform it so it feels unique.

Sometimes, things don’t go 100% perfect (Mumbai weather, last-minute changes), but we always try to make it work. If you have a wild idea, I’m always game to try something new.
