Advanced Laser Skin Treatments & Dermatological Care
Welcome to Skin N Laser Centre. I am Dr. Sandesh Gupta, and here I showcase how we use FDA-approved laser technology to safely address acne scars, pigmentation, and skin health without the risks associated with salon-grade machines.
This is a close-up of a Fractional CO2 laser treatment in action, targeting acne scars. The laser creates micro-injuries in the skin, which stimulates the body's natural healing process and boosts collagen production to fill in pitted scars and improve overall skin texture.
Here you can see a painless laser hair removal session on the leg using our advanced Alma Soprano machine. The technology allows for smooth, gliding motions, making the procedure quick, comfortable, and highly effective for achieving permanent hair reduction.
This video demonstrates the removal of a Naevus of Ota, a type of birthmark, using a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The laser precisely targets the deep pigmentation without harming the surrounding skin, gradually lightening the mark over several sessions.
Witness the precision of a Fractional CO2 laser as it treats a prominent cut scar on the neck. This procedure helps to remodel the scar tissue, making it smoother, flatter, and less visible, significantly improving its appearance.
Dosto, not all lasers are the same. In this video, I introduce the AcuPulse Fractional CO2 laser from Lumenis, a world-class machine. Using high-quality, FDA-approved technology is my promise to you for safe procedures and the best possible results.
This is a delicate procedure for removing Xanthelasma, which are cholesterol deposits on the eyelid. I am using a CO2 laser to precisely vaporize the deposits, a quick and painless method that leaves no scars.
Here, a young patient is receiving treatment for Vitiligo using an Excimer laser. This targeted light therapy works to stimulate pigment-producing cells in the white patches, helping to restore the skin's natural color. The procedure is safe and suitable for both children and adults.
This video shows a keloid on the chest being treated with a laser. The laser energy helps to break down the dense scar tissue and reduce the size and redness of the keloid, providing relief from itching and improving its appearance without surgery.
About Featured
Many patients ask why I am strict about the machines we use. It is simple: unbranded or cheap lasers often lead to burns or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially on Indian skin tones. The results you see in this gallery are achieved using FDA-approved technology—Lumenis, Alma, and Lutronic—which I have carefully calibrated to ensure that procedures like keloid reduction or birthmark removal are safe and effective.
Why Technology Matters in Dermatology
In my 25 years of practice, I have seen too many patients come to me with skin damage caused by cheap, imported lasers used in non-medical settings. A laser is a precision instrument. If the wavelength, pulse duration, or cooling system is not calibrated to your specific skin type, the results will not be positive.
My Laser Approach
I treat laser work as a medical procedure, not a cosmetic commodity. Whether I am using the AcuPulse Fractional CO2 Laser for deep acne scars or the Q-Switched Nd:YAG for melasma and pigmentation, my goal is always the same: precision.
- For Scars: The Fractional CO2 laser creates controlled micro-injuries, triggering your body to produce new collagen. This is how we flatten raised scars and fill in pitted acne marks.
- For Pigmentation: The Q-Switched laser shatters excess melanin particles without heating the surrounding tissue, which is why it is safe for birthmarks like Naevus of Ota.
- For Growth Removal: I use ablative CO2 lasers for the bloodless and precise removal of warts, skin tags, and cholesterol deposits around the eyes (xanthelasma).
A Personal Note on Safety
Before you choose any laser treatment, ask: 'Who is performing the procedure?' In my clinic, I perform these treatments myself or supervise them strictly. Please, do not opt for treatments based on social media trends or advice from someone without a medical degree. Your skin is unique, and it deserves expert care, not a trial-and-error approach.
