My Professional Journey in Dermatology
Getting treatment for your skin shouldn't be a gamble. Here is a look at my research, speaking engagements, and commitment to evidence-based dermatology.
I am truly humbled and honored to be listed in the Outlook Initiative as one of the Best Doctors South 2024. This recognition fuels my passion for providing the best possible dermatological care to my patients.

Happiness is seeing your name and work published in a medical textbook. I was proud to contribute a chapter on the role of Zinc in dermatology to "Nutrition in Dermatology: An Evidence-Based Guide," reinforcing the link between nutrition and skin health.
I am committed to continuous learning and sharing knowledge with my peers. Here are glimpses from various conferences like Roots, Dermacon, and events with the Dermascopy Society, where I've had the privilege to speak, moderate panels, and learn about the latest advancements in our field.

It's always a pleasure to connect with brilliant dermatologists from around the world at conferences like the AAD India Conclave. These events are a fantastic opportunity for learning, sharing insights, and collaborating to advance the field of dermatology.

As part of the IADVL Karnataka Media Cell, I participated in a video podcast to address skincare myths among teenagers, particularly the obsession with "Korean glass skin." We discussed the importance of simple, appropriate skincare and seeking expert advice over following trends.
About Professional Journey & Recognition
Being recognized in medical journals or invited to speak at conferences isn't about accolades. It’s about ensuring I bring the latest, scientifically validated treatments back to my clinic in Koramangala. When you come to me, you are getting advice backed by the same standards I present to my peers at national dermatology conclaves.
Dermatology is a rapidly evolving field, and my practice is built on the belief that we must stop guessing and start measuring. This is why I actively participate in forums like the AAD India Conclave, Roots, and Dermacon. Whether I am moderating a panel on facial melanoses or contributing chapters to textbooks like 'Nutrition in Dermatology,' my goal remains the same: bridging the gap between clinical research and your daily routine.
Why Expertise Matters
- Evidence-Based Care: When I write about the role of Zinc or copper in skin health, it is based on clinical data, not Instagram trends.
- Continuous Learning: Medicine changes fast. I train other doctors in injectables and cosmetic procedures to ensure high safety standards across the board.
- The Indian Context: Many 'standard' treatments are designed for Western skin. My work focuses on understanding the specific needs, barrier functions, and pigmentation concerns unique to Indian skin.
My Commitment to You
Recognition like being listed as one of the Best Doctors in South India (2024) is encouraging, but it is ultimately just a reflection of the thousands of diagnoses made and root causes addressed in my clinic. I don't just treat the breakout; I use tools like trichoscopy and dermoscopy to find out why it’s happening. If you are tired of trial-and-error skincare, I am here to help you get the diagnosis right the first time.
