My FUE Hair Transplant Technique: The Art & Science

I believe a hair transplant is more than just a procedure—it is an art. See why I exclusively use the stitchless FUE method for natural, high-density results.

FUE or FUT? For me, the choice is simple. FUE is the advanced, stitchless method. I would never do the old FUT strip method on myself or my son. I even did my father's transplant with FUE. No stitches, no pain, no long scar.

This is the best way to place grafts. I use a 'no root touch' technique without implanter pens. I personally create every slit because that is where the art is, ensuring perfect direction, angle, and density for a natural hair transplant.

People ask why some hairlines look unnatural. It's because not every doctor is an artist. With my artistic temperament, I design a hairline that is not tedhi-medhi (crooked) but looks completely natural. Always choose an artist, not just a doctor.

A close-up look at how we take out grafts from the head. We use the FUE method to extract individual follicular units without leaving a linear scar, which is essential for a clean and natural-looking donor area.

How are grafts implanted? I never use an implanter pen, which is a primitive technique. I create fine slits first, allowing me to place 40 to 80 grafts per square centimeter for a high-density hair transplant.

This is my 'no root touch' technique. We don't force the graft in with an implanter. I make the slits myself, and my team gently slides the root in. This is considered the best technique for graft survival.

A good hairline is about art. I have a passion for art, and I apply it to every hair transplant. When you choose a doctor, look at their results. That is your guarantee of their artistic skill.

I always advise the FUE method. It is the most sophisticated and least invasive. Healing is fast, there is no pain from stitches, and you can keep your hair short. It also allows me to use beard hair as a donor source.

FUE vs FUT in simple terms. FUE is the advanced method where we take grafts one by one. No big piece of skin is cut, so there are no stitches and no scar. Why would I use an old technique on you?

About My FUE Technique: The Art & Science

The secret to my high-density results is the 'no root touch' approach. I manually create every slit—carefully matching the angle and direction to your existing hair—and then my team gently slides the graft in. This avoids the trauma caused by implanter pens and ensures your grafts actually survive and thrive.

Why do I insist on this method? Because hair transplant surgery is not a factory process. When I design your hairline, I am looking at your face, your age, and the way your hair flows naturally. An implanter pen or an automated machine can't replicate that 'artistic temperament.'

Why I avoid FUT and Implanter Pens

Many clinics promote the 'strip' method (FUT) because it is faster or easier for them. I don't do it. FUT leaves a linear scar, it is painful, and it restricts how short you can keep your hair later. Similarly, I avoid implanter pens. These tools often force the graft into the skin, which can damage the delicate root. My manual 'no root touch' method keeps the graft intact, leading to better growth and a thicker, more natural look.

The 'Artistic' Part of the Procedure

A natural hairline is never straight; it is slightly irregular and mimics the way hair grows on a human head. In my clinic, we aim for 40 to 80 grafts per square centimeter depending on your needs. I personally handle the hairline design, ensuring that when you step out, nobody can tell you had a procedure done. It looks like it has always been there.

My Approach to Your Recovery

I want you to be comfortable. Because I use the stitchless FUE method, you avoid the painful stitches and the long, thin scar associated with older techniques. We keep things simple: no risky medications like Finasteride, and no unnecessary, complex post-op routines. You get a clear, effective plan that focuses on healing and long-term results. I have done this for my own father and for thousands of patients—this is the only way I work.
