I get a lot of questions about hair transplants. Whether you are worried about pain, Finasteride, or just want to know how the process works, you will find honest answers here based on my 25 years of experience.

Do you need Finasteride or PRP after a transplant? No. If the transplant is done correctly with permanent donor hair, it will grow for life without these. I don't recommend Finasteride due to its serious side effects.

How many grafts are enough? Some clinics promise results with 2,000 grafts. But nature gave you at least 10,000 grafts in that area. To get a good, dense look, you need the maximum number of grafts possible.

FUE or FUT? I only recommend the stitchless FUE method. FUT is an outdated technique that leaves a painful scar. I would never choose it for myself or my family.

PRP or Hair Transplant? It can be confusing. PRP is for early-stage thinning, while a transplant is for bald patches. We will guide you to the best solution for your specific scalp condition.

Worried about hair growth cost in Delhi? The cost is unique to each patient, depending on the level of hair loss and the number of grafts. It's a one-time investment in your confidence.

The cost of a hair transplant is a one-time investment, unlike a wig or patch. Once the hair is transplanted, it grows for life. We have made our procedures affordable for the common man.

What about all the medicines after a transplant? I am strictly against medicines with side effects. You do not need Finasteride or Minoxidil for transplanted hair to grow.

Can you get a full head of hair back? If you have a good donor area, including from your beard, we can achieve a look that is very close to a full head of hair. Send me your pictures to see what's possible.

This video explains the power of FUE hair transplants and how you can begin your journey to a full head of hair.

How do you grade your hair loss? You can use the Norwood scale, but don't let it define you. What's more important is understanding the area to be filled and finding enough grafts to create your dream hairline.

About Answering Your Questions (FAQs)

Most of the questions I get are about post-op medication. Let me be clear: you do not need Finasteride or Minoxidil after a proper, stitchless FUE transplant. These drugs carry real side effects like impotence and depression, and if your transplant is done with permanent donor hair from the start, those extra pills are simply not needed.

FUE vs. FUT: Why I Only Do Stitchless

I have seen so many patients suffer from the permanent scars of old-school FUT procedures. If I would not do that to my own father or myself, I would never do it to you. Stitchless FUE allows us to extract grafts one by one, ensuring no ugly scars and a much faster recovery time. Many clinics push FUT because it is easier, but I believe in quality over convenience.

Is the Procedure Painful?

My philosophy is simple: dard bilkul nahi hona chahiye (there should be no pain). We use vibration distraction and precise local anesthesia to keep you completely comfortable. Patients often tell me they are surprised by how smooth the experience is, even during mega sessions.

How Many Grafts Are Really Needed?

Some clinics promise miracles with 2,000 grafts, but nature gave you at least 10,000 grafts in that area. To get a dense, natural look, you need the maximum number of grafts possible. My job is to plan the filling based on your unique scalp and available donor hair, which includes both the scalp and, if necessary, the beard.

Can I Get a Full Head of Hair Back?

If you have a good donor area, we can certainly achieve a look that is very close to a full head of hair. I personally draft your hairline to match your facial features. It is not just about moving hair; it is about the angle, the direction, and the density. Send me your photos and I can give you a realistic assessment of what we can achieve.

I have spent 25 years in this field, and I treat every hair transplant like a piece of art. I do not believe in rushing, side effects, or outdated scars, which is why I only perform the stitchless FUE method I would trust for my own family.
