Our Philosophy: Service Before Profit
I see hair restoration as a responsibility, guided by the principle of seva. Here is what matters most to me when we work together.
This is where it all began. Our humbling journey started on February 28th, 2010, in a small clinic at the foothills of the Himalayas in Dehradun. Our mission then is the same as it is now: Do it once, do it right.
At the Mayo Clinic Heritage Hall with Dr. Amit Ghosh. I believe this institution was built by saints in coats and pants, and its values of patient care, research, and education are a constant source of inspiration for my own practice.
My visit to the Mayo Clinic, a place I consider a role model for physicians worldwide. Its foundation on "Service, not money making alone" deeply resonates with my own belief that real seva is bigger than paisa.
Reading "The Doctors Mayo," a book about the founders of the Mayo Clinic. Their story is a powerful example of how dedication, honesty, and a service-oriented mindset can create a lasting legacy in medicine.
"Management Lessons from Mayo Clinic." I am always learning and seeking to improve. This institution's model for excellence in patient care provides timeless lessons for any medical practice.
My spiritual diary, the "Autobiography of a Yogi," and a photo from Mahavatar Babaji's cave. These are the cornerstones of my spiritual life, guiding my personal and professional journey with the principles of Kriya Yoga.
A poster explaining the origins of Kriya Yoga, given to the world by Mahavatar Babaji. This ancient science advocates for balancing spiritual values with material efficiency, a principle I strive to live by.
A cherished memory with Swami Ramdev Pathi, the monk who gave me his blessings when I started my first practice in a basement in 2008. His 100-rupee note with the word "Ashirwad" is a treasure I still hold dear.
Serving food to monks is a humbling act of service. These moments remind me of my purpose and the importance of giving back, a core value instilled in me by my Guruji.
Taking a dip during the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj. This ancient spiritual gathering is more than a ritual; it is a profound meeting of worldly people and ascetics, a constant reminder of our spiritual goals.
About Our Guiding Philosophy: A Journey of Service
My philosophy of 'seva' (service) means we prioritize your long-term well-being above all else. In our initial consultation, we discuss what is actually achievable for your hair growth, without sugarcoating the process or the results. I want you to make an informed decision based on medical reality rather than empty promises.
My work is driven by a 'do it once, do it right' motto, a principle I adopted after studying the patient-centric model of institutions like the Mayo Clinic. When you come to us for hair restoration, I view our interaction through the lens of responsibility.
Whether you are considering a Direct Hair Transplantation (DHT) for significant hair loss or a specialized repair case, our process focuses on radical honesty. We do not copy-paste solutions. I personally spend time analyzing your specific pattern of hair loss to design a hairline that looks natural and ages well.
This service-oriented approach extends to how we handle medical logistics, such as using single-use titanium instruments and providing dedicated post-op support. My goal is to ensure you feel guided from the day we first meet until your results fully mature at the 11-month mark. As I often say, hair is just one part of life. Asli cheez (the real thing) is your character and confidence, which we aim to support throughout your journey with us.
