About Advanced PRP & Vampire Facials
We use double-spin centrifugation to isolate concentrated growth factors, which is a significant step up from standard processing. This ensures that every Vampire Facial or hair PRP session uses a high-potency serum specifically designed to stimulate your own collagen and hair follicles effectively. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; your treatment plan is based on the specific concentration of plasma your skin or scalp requires.
How Our PRP Treatments Work
At Dermaglow, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is more than just a facial. It is a precise medical process. We begin with a sterile blood draw of 10 to 20ml. This is followed by a double-spin centrifugation process to separate and concentrate the Platelets and Growth Factors. By isolating these, we create a potent serum that triggers the body's natural healing response when introduced back into the skin or scalp.
Choosing Between Treatments
We offer several tiers of PRP depending on your specific goal:
- Bio-PRP: The standard approach for general skin rejuvenation and hair maintenance.
- GFC (Growth Factor Concentrate): A more advanced option that extracts a higher density of growth factors for faster regeneration in cases of significant hair loss or deeper acne scarring.
The Vampire Facial Experience
For skin, we use microneedling to deliver this serum into the dermis. This combined approach of controlled injury via microneedling and the infusion of growth factors encourages collagen production and elastin repair. It is effective for tackling uneven skin texture, fine lines, and dullness.
What You Should Know
We prioritise safety and comfort. Because we use your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction is virtually non-existent. You may experience some redness or minor swelling for a few days post-procedure, particularly after a deep microneedling session. We guide you through the post-care protocol, including proper sunscreen use and soothing repair creams, to ensure your skin recovers optimally. Our clinic is located in South City 1, where Dr. Santpal and Dr. Shruti personally oversee the assessment to ensure you are a suitable candidate for this therapy.
