About Lip Blushing & Color Correction

I use a double-numbing process to keep it comfortable, and we always select a pigment that settles into a soft, natural tint. It is a procedure that requires some patience during the healing phase, but once it settles, you can comfortably retire your lipstick collection.

Neutralization vs. Blushing
Not every lip needs the same approach. If you have dark or purple-toned lips, we start with a neutralization process using warm-based pigments to correct the undertone. Once the base is balanced, we can move on to the blushing stage to add the desired shade.
The Reality of the Process
- Healing Time: Your lips will look much darker for the first few days. This is completely normal as the top layer of pigment sets.
- The Touch-Up: PMU is a two-step process. The first session establishes the shape and base color, while the mandatory follow-up at 6-8 weeks is where we fill gaps and lock in the final, perfect hue.
