Tandoor-e-Khaas: From the Clay Oven

Here, we celebrate the heart of Mughlai cooking: the tandoor. This collection features a wide variety of starters, from classic Chicken Tikkas and Mutton Seekh Kebabs to Paneer Malai Tikka and Tandoori Prawns. Each item is marinated in our special spice blends and cooked in the intense heat of the clay oven for that signature smoky char and juicy interior.

Shaahi Salan: Rich & Royal Gravies

Our gravies are the soul of the Dastarkhwan. Each "Salan" is slow-cooked for hours with a base of caramelized onions, aromatic whole spices, and rich ingredients like butter and cream. From the world-famous Butter Chicken to the historic Nalli Nihari and our own DZ Special Mutton, this is where you find the true taste of Delhi.

The Biryani Legacy

For us, Biryani is an art form, a legacy of the Mughal courts. We prepare our biryanis using the traditional "dum" method, slow-cooking layers of fragrant basmati rice, tender meat, and our secret spice blend in a sealed pot. This collection includes our classic Chicken and Mutton Dum Biryanis, as well as our unique DZ Special Kepsa Rice.

For Bakra Eid, we offer a unique and hassle-free service. You bring us your Qurbani ka gosht (sacrificial meat), and my expert chefs will work their magic to transform it into a spectacular feast for your family and friends. Choose from a variety of preparations like Raan Tandoori, rich gravies, or flavorful biryani, and leave all the stress of cooking to us.

Zaika-e-Cheen: Our Chinese Offerings

Experience the taste of "Chandni Chowk se China tak." This is our take on Indo-Chinese cuisine, where we blend the fiery spirit of the wok with our signature Mughlai spices.
