Acquittal is not a miracle. It is the result of dismantling the prosecution's evidence piece by piece. Here is how I fight for my clients in the courtroom.

Late nights are spent dissecting every piece of evidence and preparing the case strategy. Success in a criminal trial comes from meticulous preparation and finding the weaknesses in the prosecution's arguments before we even step into the courtroom.

This is the official circular from the Bar Association celebrating the withdrawal of the Advocate Amendment Bill. This victory was a result of collective action and relentless pressure, a testament to our unity and strength as advocates.

About Case Studies: The Fight for Acquittal

You do not need a lawyer who just shows up to adjourn your case. You need someone who attacks the charge sheet. In my practice, I start by identifying procedural lapses in the FIR, even before the trial begins. Whether it is a 304B dowry death or a 307 attempt to murder case, my goal is to break the prosecution's story through aggressive cross-examination, not just legal paperwork.

My approach to trial advocacy is simple: the police investigation is not the final truth. I focus heavily on charge sheet scrutiny, looking for fabricated evidence, witness contradictions, and medical discrepancies that the police often ignore. When I handle serious criminal matters, I do not just file papers. I prepare an active defense strategy that includes:

  • Charge Sheet Scrutiny: Identifying discrepancies between the FIR and the final police report to find grounds for dismissal.
  • Cross-Examination Strategy: Preparing a detailed questionnaire that breaks the testimony of prosecution witnesses, including Investigating Officers and medical experts.
  • Evidence Management: Guiding you on collecting CCTV footage, CDRs, and alibi witnesses that the police might have excluded.

I practice primarily in Karkardooma, Tis Hazari, and Patiala House Courts in Delhi, but I regularly represent clients in the Allahabad High Court and across Uttar Pradesh. If the prosecution has built a case against you, I am here to dismantle it. I believe in fighting for the acquittal, not waiting for the system to decide your fate.
