My Story

Radhe Radhe. Hum The Fitness Box waale hain - log humein CrossFit coach, weightlifting expert, yoga teacher bolte hain, par asli mein hum sab zindagi ke students hain. Gym hamare liye sirf loha nahi, therapy hai. Yahan mindset banta hai jo pahad hila de. Hamare saath jo train karte hain, woh sirf client nahi - woh family hai. Haar bhi hoti hai, par hum ek dusre ko uthate hain, naya josh leke aage badhte hain. Yahi hamari philosophy hai.
