Seeing our pets settle into their new homes is why we do this. Whether it is a first-time hamster owner getting our starter hay kit or a family bringing home their first puppy, we love staying in touch. If you visit us at our Sector 109 farm, you will often meet owners who dropped by just to say hello or pick up fresh Timothy hay. It is not just about the transaction for us, it is about keeping that connection strong as your pet grows.

Building a community in Delhi NCR means being more than just a place to buy a pet or a bag of food. We started Chirps & Whistle because we wanted a space where pet care feels personal. We often have families visiting our Gurugram farm from all over the capital region, and it is rewarding to see the bond they form with their pets right here.

Our pet parents are a diverse bunch. Some are looking for their first Persian kitten, while others have been loyal customers for years, consistently coming back for our farm-fresh Indian Timothy hay or our house-made dehydrated chicken treats. We keep our operation transparent, from the AC-cooled housing for our puppies to the chemical-free drying process for our dog snacks.

If you are new to this, we try to make the transition easy. We provide all the basics, like vaccination records and vet certificates, so you have one less thing to worry about. We also offer EMI options for the bigger purchases, because we believe financial stress should never stand in the way of a happy home.
