Essential Home Package
Structure & Core Material
- Steel: Fe-500 TMT bars (Brands: India Gold, Azad, or equivalent local ISI brands).
- Cement: 53 Grade for concrete (Maha/Sagar) and 43 Grade for masonry.
- Walls: 6" Solid Concrete Blocks for exterior, 4" for interior partitions.
- Aggregates: Standard 20mm and 40mm jelly.
- Sand: M-Sand for block work and concreting; Plastering M-Sand for finishing.
Flooring & Tiling
- Living/Dining/Rooms: Standard Vitrified tiles (Size: 2x2 ft). Base price allowance approx Rs. 50-55 per sq. ft.
- Staircase: Basic Granite or Anti-skid tiles (Allowance approx Rs. 75 per sq. ft).
- Kitchen Top: 20mm Granite slab (Allowance approx Rs. 90-100 per sq. ft).
- Bathroom Wall Tiles: Ceramic tiles up to 7ft height.
Doors & Windows
- Main Door: Teak wood frame with basic shutter design (Brass fittings included). Cost allowance approx Rs. 18,000.
