From the moment your guests land at the airport or train station, we manage the transport fleet and ensure everyone gets to the hotel smoothly. Our team sets up a 24/7 hospitality desk in the hotel lobby, acting as the go-to point for room keys, medical queries, or any last-minute needs, so you never have to be the point of contact.
We also scout local vendors in spots like Wayanad or Goa to keep costs sensible, avoiding unnecessary transport fees. Safety is paramount, especially with complex setups like pool stages, so we conduct thorough technical inspections before any decor goes up. Our team of six to eight coordinators stays onsite for three full days, managing multiple venues within the resort, arranging welcome hampers, and ensuring every ritual, from the Sangeet to the main ceremony, runs by the minute-by-minute itinerary we build together.
