I offer foundational yoga sessions designed specifically for newcomers to yoga practice. My approach focuses on teaching basic poses, proper breathing techniques, and essential alignment principles.
First-time yoga practitioners, those returning to yoga after a break, or anyone wanting to strengthen their foundational practice in a supportive environment.
Sessions include breathing exercises and subtle movements to build body awareness. I incorporate mindfulness practices to help beginners connect with their bodies while developing strength and flexibility at their own pace.
