About Ooty & The Toy Train
We run these trips every Friday night from Bengaluru so you can hit the hills without burning your leave days. Since we manage the tempo traveller, accommodation, and those tricky toy train permits, your only job is to show up and enjoy the tea gardens with the BT family.
The Nilgiri Mountain Railway is the highlight, but our trips are really about the collective experience. We keep our groups manageable, staying in budget homestays that put you right in the middle of the greenery. You will get plenty of time for photos in the tea estates and relaxing by the lake without being rushed by a rigid schedule.
