About Munnar & Kolukkumalai: Tea Estates & Sunrise Treks
The real highlight here is the 4x4 off-road jeep ride that takes you from the base camp up to Kolukkumalai peak for sunrise. It is a bumpy, exhilarating ascent that drops you right into the clouds, long before the regular tourist crowds arrive at the viewpoint.
We keep our Munnar expeditions raw and real. We head out from Bengaluru every Friday night, so you can escape work stress without needing to apply for extra leave. The focus is on the journey, not just the destination. You will stay in tents right inside a working tea plantation, waking up to the smell of fresh tea leaves and crisp mountain air.
Beyond the Kolukkumalai sunrise, we take you to the Lakkom waterfalls and even include a traditional Kalaripayattu martial arts show for a taste of Kerala's heritage. Everything is handled: transport, tents, permits, and guides are all included. Whether you are a solo traveler or coming with a gang, this trip is designed to strip away the digital noise and help you reconnect with nature and new people. Banni, let's explore together.
