Travel & Transfers
- Flights: Round-trip economy airfare from Bengaluru (BLR) to Dehradun, Delhi, or Bagdogra.
- Ground Transport: Connected transfers (Train, Volvo Bus, or Tempo Traveller) from the airport to the trek base camp.
- Coordination: Managed by a designated captain or remote coordinator.
Accommodation & Trekking
- City Stays: Budget hotels or transit hostels on Day 1 and Day 8.
- Trek Stays: Shared rustic homestays or alpine tents during the trek.
- Logistics: Covers all food, permits, guides, and gear listed in the Land-Only package.
Community Features
- Group: Access to pre-trip community groups for packing tips.
- Language: Bilingual guides/leads (Kannada/English) typically available.
Land-Only Trek Package (Hub-to-Hub)
Logistics & Permits
- Transport: Pickup and drop from the nearest hub (Dehradun Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport) to the base village in shared vehicles (Tempo Traveller/Bolero).
- Permits: Includes all Forest Department entries and camping charges.
Stay & Gear
- Shelter: Dormitory-style homestays at base villages; Alpine tents (2-3 sharing) at higher camps.
- Equipment: Sleeping bags (-5°C to -10°C rated), foam mats, and dining tents provided.
- Facilities: Dry pit toilets during camping; shared common toilets in homestays.
Meals & Safety
- Food: Vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Tea) consisting of Dal, Rice, Roti, and Sabzi.
- Staff: Certified Mountaineering Guide, Local Guide, and Kitchen Staff.
- Medical: First Aid Kit, Oximeter, and Oxygen Cylinder carried by the leader.
Important Exclusions
- Personal: Backpack offloading (mules), gear rentals (shoes/poles), and personal trekking gear.

- Travel: Includes flights from Bengaluru and Tempo Traveller for the full road journey in Uttarakhand.
- Sightseeing: Visits to Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dhari Devi, and Mana Village.
- Registration: Assistance with mandatory biometric registration for Char Dham.
Comfort & Stay
- Accommodation: Budget to 3-Star Hotels or Guest Houses (Double/Triple sharing). Basic lodges in remote areas like Kedarnath base.
- Food: Breakfast and Dinner included at hotels. Lunch usually at roadside dhabas.
On-Ground Support
- Guidance: Assistance with navigating temple queues and holding areas.
- Note: Pony/Palki charges for steep climbs (Kedarnath/Yamunotri) are not included.

Hey, we’re Bengaluru Trekkers. Started with zero followers and a simple dream – just wanted to hit the trails and see who’d join us. One post, and boom, people showed up. Now it’s a full-on BT Family, 100k+ crazy trekkers. We’ve gone from backyard hikes in the Ghats to big Himalayan adventures like Valley of Flowers.
