- Handover Meeting: Complete download of all contracts and vendors booked (Venue, Caterer, Decor, MUA).
- Gap Analysis: Reviewing contracts to find missing operational elements like generator fuel or vanity vans.
- Run of Show: Creating minute by minute itineraries for the family, vendors, and the couple.
- SPOC Role: Becoming the Single Point of Contact for all vendors 4 weeks prior.
On Site Execution Team
- Manpower: Deployment of a 6 to 8 member team including a Lead Planner, Shadows for Bride/Groom, and F&B supervisors.
- Logistics Management: Handling venue handover, sound/light checks, and Baraat management.
- Crisis Management: Handling real time issues like weather backups or vendor delays.

I take care of everything, literally from your first idea to the last goodbye hug. Multi-event wedding coordination means we handle all the functions—Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Cocktail, the wedding ceremony, the big Baraat, Reception—so you can actually enjoy your own shaadi.
Guest Comfort = Happy Vibes
No one likes confusion. You won’t hear “Sangeet kahan ho raha?” (Where is the Sangeet happening?) at our weddings. Personalized guest management is my jam—VIP airport welcomes, quirky signs, a beer cart for the sunny day, or even a foot massage station when the dancing’s done. Small stuff, big difference.
