Complete Balcony Makeover with Artificial Grass

Flooring

Supply and installation of high-density artificial grass carpet (35mm or 40mm pile height). Includes cutting to size and fixing with adhesive tapes where necessary.

Planters and Stands

Includes rectangular metal railing planters, 8-12 inch floor pots (UV-treated plastic or ceramic), and powder-coated metal stands for height variation.

Plant Selection

Oxygen plants like Sansevieria and Areca Palm, plus low-maintenance hardy varieties suitable for the specific sunlight orientation.

Add-ons

Basic decor elements like pebble trays or small figurines included in higher price ranges.

Vertical Bio-Wall Garden System

Structural System

Installation of plastic grid frames drilled into the wall with removable black polypropylene (PP) pots for easy maintenance.

Plants and Media

High-density planting (4-6 plants per sq ft) using Rhoeo, Syngonium, or Ferns. Uses lightweight soilless cocopeat media to reduce wall load.

Irrigation

Integrated 16mm lateral pipes with drippers for every pot row to ensure consistent watering.

Grow Bags

240 GSM UV-stabilized HDPE bags. Sizes range from 12x12 inch for leafy greens to 15x15 inch for larger plants.

Potting Mix

Ready-to-grow lightweight blend of Red Soil, Cocopeat, Vermicompost, and Neem Cake.

Plants

Supply of vegetable and herb saplings such as Spinach, Brinjal, Chillies, Tomato, and Mint. Includes bamboo sticks for support.

Surface Protection

Placement of bags on drain cells or pedestals to prevent water stagnation on the roof surface.
