I have been refining my 'baareek' kaam since 2003, and I have learned that capturing a human expression in henna requires a specific, triple-sifted organic paste and a very steady hand. - Application: This is a 5 to 6+ hour process. I create the base structure with intricate jaali and traditional motifs, then spend the majority of the time meticulously detailing the portraits.
- Aftercare: I provide a sealant application to ensure the stain deepens to a rich maroon, giving you that dark, bridal color you expect.
