What Makes My Cakes Different
- I don't do heavy fondant layers. Instead, I go for that clean, sharp look using rich chocolate ganache - not only does it look classy, but it tastes next level.
- Fondant is just for tiny details or handcrafted edible cake toppers, never the whole cake.
- Most of my cakes are fondant-free designer cakes, so you get all the wow without the sugar overload.
