Whether we are installing a 40ft floral backdrop or a geometric LED-lit structure, we ensure the underlying truss work and lighting are secure so the aesthetic details can shine. We also analyze the sightlines from the back of the room to ensure every guest, not just those in the front row, has a clear, unobstructed view of the design.

Our Approach to Staging
We work with two distinct philosophies depending on your vision:
- Classic Opulence: For those who want a timeless feel, we use high-density silk hydrangeas and roses, complemented by gold or silver furniture and intricate ceiling drapes. We focus on symmetry and richness, often incorporating mirrored aisles to reflect the lighting and create a sense of grandeur.
- Modern Architectural: For couples who want a sharper look, we utilize geometric metallic frames, LED-integrated signage, and dramatic lighting rigs. These designs often replace traditional flowers with pampas grass or architectural greenery to create a cleaner, more editorial aesthetic.
Practical Details
We don't just focus on the front of the stage. We handle the full venue transformation, which includes:
- Wall Masking: We use pleated fabric or structural panels to hide venue walls, creating a clean slate for our lighting design.
