About Host Your Epic Event
Keep in mind that Aruani Grid is a raw, industrial, open-air circuit, not a typical hotel banquet hall. We provide the 1km tarmac surface, paddock area, and the necessary space for large crowds, but you will need to handle specific event requirements like catering, event permissions, lighting, and power backup to match your specific vision.
Our venue is built for scale and flexibility rather than luxury. We have hosted everything from India's first EV festival and Sunburn Arena to large-scale skate marathons, so we know exactly how to handle high-traffic gatherings.

This is an outdoor facility located in Dommasandra. We don't have climate-controlled lounges or paved pedestrian walkways. We focus on providing a secure, high-energy environment for events that require space, speed, or high visibility. Because we are an active racetrack, we operate on a strict schedule. If you have a wild idea, we want to hear it, but we recommend site visits to ensure the terrain matches your technical requirements.
