2 BHK Essential Full Home Package
Core Modular Woodwork
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or Parallel layout designed for work efficiency. Built with BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Grade Plywood carcass.
- Kitchen Finishes: High-Gloss or Suede Laminate shutters with soft-close hinges and tandem channels (Hettich/Ebco or equivalent).
- Kitchen Accessories: Includes SS wire baskets (cutlery, cup & saucer, thali), bottle pull-out, and waste bin holder.
- Master Wardrobe: Up to 7ft height hinged or basic sliding wardrobe. MR (Moisture Resistant) Plywood body with Laminate finish and safety locker drawer.
- Kids/Guest Wardrobe: Standard 2-door swing wardrobe with optional loft storage.
- TV Unit: Floating console design with bottom storage drawers and wire management.
Civil & On-site Services
- False Ceiling: Gypsum peripheral or box design for Living and Dining areas to conceal wiring and ducts.
- Painting: 2 coats of Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent) with putty and primer for all walls and ceilings.
- Electrical: Shifting of switch points to align with layout and installation of LED recess/strip lights in false ceiling areas.
- Warranty: 10-Year warranty on manufacturing defects for all modular furniture.

Premium Modular Solutions
- Gourmet Kitchen: Seamless Acrylic or Anti-Scratch PU finish shutters with Quartz countertops.
- Kitchen Features: Tall pantry unit, appliance housing (microwave/oven), and premium lift-up systems (Blum/Hettich) for overhead cabinets.
- Luxury Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling (9ft+) sliding wardrobes in Master Bedroom with lacquered glass or mirror finish sections.
- Kids Wardrobe: Integrated study desk, bookshelf, and safety-rounded corners.
- Bespoke Units: Includes custom CNC Jali Mandir, foyer shoe cabinet with cushioned seating, and a crockery unit with tinted glass.
Decor, Civil & Lighting
- Designer Ceilings: Multi-level false ceilings provided in Living, Dining, and all Bedrooms.
- Lighting Design: Extensive electrical work including ambient cove lights, task spots, and profile lights/sconces.
- Wall Treatments: Feature wall in Living Room and Master Bedroom using fluted panels, wallpaper, or texture paint.
- Civil Upgrades: Basic bathroom vanity counter installation and minor civil changes if required for layout optimization.
- Project Management: Dedicated Project Manager and VR walkthrough of design before production.
Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Package (No Civil Work)
Modular Kitchen
- Layout: Up to 12 running feet (L-shape or Parallel) with BWP calibrated plywood carcass.
- Finish & Top: High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) shutters with 0.8mm PVC edge banding. Includes Jet Black Granite or basic Quartz countertop.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges, telescopic drawer channels, and set of 6 SS wire baskets.
Storage Units
- Master Wardrobe: 3-Door Hinged Wardrobe (approx 7ft x 7ft) in Suede/Matte Laminate finish with lockable drawers.
- Secondary Wardrobe: 2-Door Hinged Wardrobe (approx 5ft x 7ft).
- Lofts: Overhead storage cabinets included above wardrobes to maximize vertical space.
Important Exclusions
- No Civil Work: This package does NOT include false ceiling, painting, electrical wiring, or flooring.
- Furniture: Beds, sofas, and dining tables are not included.
- Appliances: Chimney, hob, and other appliances are to be provided by the client.
