More than just a dive trip, this is a full week at sea with your new diving community. We bring the spirit of namma Bengaluru to the Maldives for an ocean experience that feels like home.

The Catholic Club crew, all smiles on the deck of our liveaboard in the Maldives. Even when the weather wasn't perfect, their amazing spirit made the trip unforgettable.

What a riot with this bunch in Fuvahmulah! This is the energy I love. Great dives, great people, and memories that will last a lifetime.

The Sipadan 2024 crew! This was a highlight trip of the year with all the usual suspects. We can't wait to go back in 2025.

The adventure begins! Guests boarding the boat, getting their dive briefing, and settling in for a week of exploration in the Maldives.

A happy diver on the boat at Chidiyatapu, Andamans. That post-dive smile says it all.

Signing off from another amazing trip in Dhigurah, Maldives. It's always special to share the ocean with such a wonderful group of people.

Another happy diver giving the 'OK' sign after a great dive in the Andamans. The clear blue water and sunny skies make for perfect conditions.

The Fuvahmulah February 2024 crew, doing our best shark impressions. This trip was all about the tiger sharks, and it did not disappoint.

A little fun on the beach, quizzing my guests on what SCUBA stands for. You get some very creative answers! It's all part of the learning and laughter.

Life is this. Snorkeling in crystal clear water, and enjoying the beach with great company. This is what our trips are all about.

About Life on Board: The Aquanaut Family

The biggest trade-off for having the ocean at your doorstep is limited connectivity, so come prepared for a digital detox. We handle all logistics, including airport transfers from Male and buffet meals, so your only real job each morning is to be ready for the dive briefing.

Life on the MV Sea Pleasure

A liveaboard is different from a resort stay. You wake up with the ocean right outside your window, and your day revolves around the tides, the dive schedule, and the meals served on board. Our group trips are designed for people who want to skip the resort crowds and spend more time in the water.

We typically cover 18 to 20 dives over the week, including night dives and wrecks. Whether you are chasing manta rays in Hanifaru Bay or relaxing on the sun deck, everything is included.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be an expert diver? We have trips for all levels. For certified divers, we hit the deeper sites and channels. If you are not certified or just want to relax, we have a non-diver track that focuses on snorkeling, island hopping, and trying a discovery dive.

What about the food? We serve buffet-style meals ranging from Indian to Continental. We also organize a sunset BBQ on a deserted island when weather permits.

Is it really a community? Yes. Most of our guests are from Bengaluru, and the boat becomes a hub for swapping stories, quizzing each other on dive theory, and just hanging out. You arrive as strangers but usually leave with a new group of dive buddies.

What should I bring? Pack light. You will spend most of your time in swimsuits or light clothes. We provide tanks and weights, but if you have your own BCD or regulator, you are welcome to bring it. Otherwise, rentals are available.

We focus on safety first, so all our trips include DAN insurance for peace of mind. If you are ready to trade the Bangalore traffic for the deep blue, let us know.
