Retail and Hospitality Interior Design
I design cafes, salons, and spas that balance brand identity with operational flow. My approach uses precise 3D visualization to ensure your commercial space works before construction begins.
This is a 3D visualization for a modern saloon, focusing on the pedicure and relaxation area. I used a combination of soft cove lighting, a textured stone accent wall, and a bold, nature-inspired mural to create a serene and luxurious atmosphere for clients.
A 3D render for a cozy and modern coffee shop. The design centers around a well-lit service counter to draw customers in, using warm wood tones, focused pendant lighting, and clear branding to create an inviting and memorable neighborhood spot.
About Retail & Hospitality Design
For hospitality spaces, lighting is the single most important factor. I focus on layering cove and track lights to define zones like pedicure stations or service counters, ensuring the lighting highlights your products rather than cluttering your floor plan.
My design process for commercial spaces like cafes and salons goes beyond aesthetics. Whether you are building a new outlet or renovating an existing one, I prioritize the functional flow of your business.
I use 3ds Max and Corona to create high-fidelity 3D renders of your retail environment. This allows you to walk through the space virtually and verify sightlines, counter ergonomics, and lighting placement before any construction starts.
For cafes, this means optimizing the service counter layout for efficiency while using warm, ambient lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. For salons, I focus on the client journey. This ensures that pedicure stations, hair wash areas, and product displays are zoned effectively using materials like fluted panels, glass bricks, or rustic textures.
My turnkey execution includes MEP layouts, material specifications, and lighting design. We handle everything from the architectural features to the placement of heavy-duty electrical sockets, so your operational needs are met without compromising your design vision.
Beyond the visuals, I prioritize durability. In high-traffic environments like cafes and salons, materials matter. I often recommend micro-topping or cement-finish tiles for seamless floors that are easy to clean, paired with wood or metal accents for character. If your space requires specific acoustic treatment or complex HVAC integration, these details are included in my technical GFC drawings. My goal is to deliver a space that remains functional for years to come.
