My Story: Music, Memories, and Roots
Music is my world, but it is deeply rooted in the love of my family and my upbringing in Bengaluru. These photos show the journey behind the songs, from quiet studio moments to the energy of the stage.
A precious memory of singing with my appa. I miss him dearly and wish we could sing together one last time. He is the reason I am a musician today.

About this collection
When I am not recording for a film or jamming with my band Aratu, I am usually back home in Bengaluru, reflecting on the music that shaped me. Whether it is a late-night session with my keyboard or choosing a saree for a show, every choice carries the influence of my late father and the support of my brother. This space is less about the technical side of audio engineering and more about the heart and emotion that go into every track I release.
Music as a Journey
For me, music is never just notes on a page. It is tied to my memories, my daily life in Bengaluru, and the bond I share with my family. My late father remains my biggest inspiration, and his blessings are the reason I am doing this today. Every song I sing, whether it is a peppy number or a soulful track, is a way of honouring that.
The Creative Process
People often ask about the transition from studio recording to live performance. My studio work is where I find solitude—just me, my keyboard, and a coffee, building songs line by line. It is a slow, methodical process that allows me to pour raw emotion into the lyrics.
On the other hand, performing with my band, Aratu, is pure, high-energy collaboration. We love taking classic hits and giving them a fresh twist, focusing on the team vibe rather than just individual talent.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe the best music comes from connections—between the artist and the listener, or between band members during a jam session. If you are looking to record a song or need live music for an event, I am not just looking for a project; I am looking for a collaboration where we can make something sound sakkathagi (super cool) together.
Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book you for a private event? Yes, my band Aratu and I are available for everything from intimate acoustic gigs to larger concert setups.
Aishwarya Rangarajan
I am Aishwarya. I started by listening to cult songs as a kid and now I get to sing them myself, which still feels wild. My brother Srini and my band, Aratu, are the real powerhouses behind my energy, and I am just happy to share my music with all of you.
