I provide clear guidance on complex legal areas. This includes detailed knowledge of the Indian Contract Act for business deals and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act for resolving disputes outside of traditional court proceedings.
Courts Where I Practice
My work takes me across various jurisdictions to fight for my clients. I regularly practice in the Ghaziabad District Court and various Delhi District Courts, and also handle matters in Agra, Aligarh, Ambedkar Nagar, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
