About Administrative & Service Law
Why I Chose This Path
Law isn’t just my job - it’s something I live and feel, every day. As a first-generation lawyer, there’ve been tough days. But Administrative & Service Law, with its tangled mix of rules and real people’s lives, keeps me going. Those moments when someone's career or rights are on the line - that’s where I show up with full conviction.
What I Do
- Handle cases about government employment disputes, promotions, seniority, pay scale, or unfair transfers
- Represent clients before the Central Administrative Tribunal (yeh CAT ka kaam hai - main Delhi waalon ke cases zyada leti hoon) [this is CAT work, I mainly take up Delhi cases]
- Stand with folks facing disciplinary proceedings, unfair terminations, or any order that just doesn’t feel right
- Go with you from the tribunal up to the Delhi High Court or Supreme Court if things get that far
Where You’ll Find Me
- Supreme Court of India
- Delhi High Court
- Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench)
- Rohini District Court
- Sometimes in and around Panchkula too
Real Talk
I won’t promise miracles, but I do promise to fight for what’s fair. If you’re a government employee tangled up in service conditions legal help or trying to challenge disciplinary proceedings, I get how high the stakes are. My journey is still new, but I’m all in for yours too.

My Story
Funny how life flips, right? Used to be that quiet girl, barely spoke up in college. Now, here I am, arguing in courtrooms. Shayari is my escape, my own words, my own therapy. Lafzon ka nahi, mohabbat ehsaason ka aashiyana hai (Love’s not just words, it’s a feeling). Faith’s my anchor. Honestly, I’ve probably talked more to Shiv ji than to people. Simple joys keep me going – mountains, old songs, and living each day as it comes. Zindagi badi honi chahiye, lambi nahi (Life should be grand, not just long).
My Work
Criminal Law Advocate in Delhi - I take up criminal cases at District Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court. Waqt, jazbaat, vakaalat - that’s my work.
First-generation Criminal Lawyer - Never planned to be a lawyer. Six tough years, wanted to quit, but here I am. Worth it.
Conviction in Legal Practice - I don’t bend over backwards for everyone. I fight with heart and conviction, not just ideas.
