- Anticipatory Bail: We act before the arrest happens, filing for protection under Section 438 of the CrPC when there is an apprehension of detention.
- FIR Quashing: If you have been falsely implicated due to personal vendettas or misused laws like Section 498A, I work to file petitions in the High Court to halt proceedings early.
Recovering Dues (Cheque Bounce Cases)
I often see clients panic when a cheque bounces. The law provides a very specific mechanism for this, but it is time-sensitive. I help you adhere to the "30-15-30" rule—sending the legal notice within 30 days of the bounce, waiting 15 days, and filing the complaint within the final 30-day window. Missing these deadlines means the court may not entertain your case, which is why precision matters.
