People ask about our journey, so here goes. Yeh kahani ek sachchi ghatna par hai (this story is true). For us, yoga and meditation pulled us out from darkness. Satya ke marg par (on truth’s path), you find peace inside—not just by sitting, but by diving deep. Jahaan shaanti hai, wahaan aatma se milan hota hai (where there’s peace, there’s union with soul).
