People ask about our journey, so here goes. Yeh kahani ek sachchi ghatna par hai (this story is true). For us, yoga and meditation pulled us out from darkness. Satya ke marg par (on truth’s path), you find peace inside—not just by sitting, but by diving deep. Jahaan shaanti hai, wahaan aatma se milan hota hai (where there’s peace, there’s union with soul). That’s why we started Adi Anant Yoga Studio. It’s not just a studio, it’s a spiritual home. Shiva’s energy flows here. This is our way to help you heal, body-mind-spirit.

What we offer - Daily yoga classes, 200-hour teacher training, meditation, traditional Hatha Yoga, chakra healing sessions, cupping therapy, fitness training.

Our yoga style - We teach traditional Hatha Yoga, asanas for all levels, pranayama, and mudras to balance energy.
