My Story
Started Aarav Yoga with one thought - 'Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam'. We saw people drained, thinking wellness is fancy or yoga’s only for the super-fit. Nah, not true! For us, yoga’s like a breather in the madness. Anyone can walk in - busy folks, elders, kids, moms-to-be. No show-off, just a place to find peace, stretch a bit, and feel better.
